Steam Automobile Club of America

The Steam Automobile Club of America (SACA) is dedicated to the preservation of steam automobiles. They offer club members technical information and help. They maintain an extensive library of steam related topics. Many local chapters have shows were you can display your steam automobile, swap ideas, attend demonstrations, and meet others who share your interest in steam automobiles

The Steam Automobile Club of America archives contains lists of materials that are available. The lists contain papers written by members, old steam car flyers, steam automobile manuals and other related papers. The club offers two sets of papers of note from Doble developments. One on engines covering over a dozen engines from 1929 to 1958. The other covering boiler design full of formula, theory, and sketches.
